The making and delivery of your topper takes 3 weeks. The topper will be delivered to your home.
Remove the topper from the box, remove the plastic that keeps the topper rolled up and unroll the topper on your current mattress. Cut open the vacuum packaging; the topper will return to its original shape. Let the topper rest for 6 hours. After this period, the topper can be slept on.

Washing instructions
Light stains on the cover can be removed with lukewarm water and a light soap. The mattress and cover are not machine washable. If you still want to wash the cover, you can unzip it and take it to the dry cleaner.
