Shipping and Returns

When will my order be delivered?

After ordering, you will be contacted by our shipping partner to make an appointment for delivery and installation. This can take between 1 to 4 weeks. In order to make our deliveries as sustainable as possible, we try to deliver all items from your order bundled together.

How will my order be delivered? 

Box spring and mattress

At Hotel-Sleep, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and worry-free delivery experience. That's why we partner with a specialized courier service dedicated to delivering and installing box springs and mattresses.

Once your box spring and/or mattress are ready for shipment, you will receive an email from our courier service. This email will ask you to select a specific delivery date that is most convenient for you. You have the flexibility to select a day that fits your schedule.

Once you have chosen your desired delivery date, the courier service will confirm it. On the appointed day, the courier service's delivery drivers will deliver and install your box spring and/or mattress at your home. All you have to do is make sure the desired room is ready to receive the new furniture.

Upon arrival, the delivery people will carefully transport the box spring and/or mattress to the desired room. They are trained to be careful with your furniture and ensure that everything is installed in perfect condition. They have the necessary knowledge and experience to make this process run smoothly.

Once in the desired room, the delivery people will professionally install the box spring and/or mattress. They will make sure everything is placed in the right place and assembled correctly. If there are specific instructions for installation, you can share them with us in advance and we will make sure the delivery people take them into account.

Our goal is to ensure that you do not have to worry about the transportation and installation of your box spring and mattress. By partnering with a specialized courier service, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable delivery service so you can quickly enjoy your new bed.

Toppers, pillows and comforters

The toppers, pillows and comforters are shipped in an ecological box. Shipping is free and delivered by PostNL. 

How can I return the products?

1 Legally you have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days. On the basis of the right of withdrawal, you can still renounce the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the day following the delivery of the product. You are not obliged to pay any compensation or give any reason. Revor Group would of course like to hear your feedback so that we can improve our service.

2 If you invoke your right of withdrawal in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the legal provisions, Revor Group will refund the amount actually paid within fourteen (14) calendar days. For a return shipment outside the Benelux, you, the buyer, will be responsible for the costs of sending the return. In any case, no costs will be charged for the refund.

3 If you wish to invoke the right of withdrawal, you must always communicate this to Revor Group in writing, expressly, unambiguously and compulsorily. This notification must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of (physical) receipt of the products and can be sent to info@hotel-sleep.com.

4 In that notification, you must state the following information:

Date of order, date of receipt and date on which the right of withdrawal is exercised;

The order number/reference number, which you can find on the confirmation/invoice of the order;

A list of the products you wish to return from your order;

Your name and address;

Your signature.

You will then agree with Revor Group when the product can be collected by the external party designated by Revor Group.
