After ordering your boxspring you will be contacted by PostNL extra@home to agree on a delivery date, this is about delivery and installation of the boxspring. You will receive an e-mail with a calendar, where you can indicate which day suits you best. The box spring will be delivered to the 3rd floor. For a higher floor will only be delivered if there is an elevator. Please note that this can take up to 4 weeks after ordering. To make our deliveries as sustainable as possible, we try to deliver all items from your order bundled together.
First use
The box spring can be slept on immediately. If you also purchase a mattress, it can also be slept on immediately.
Washing instructions
Light stains on the fabric can be removed with lukewarm water and a light soap.
